The gdl-2200 micro-processing controller manages all relevant devices in the rolled material guiding control system in an accurate and ordered way. To facilitate correction control, setting of controller programming parameters is available as well for users to cater to specific applications.
It is very easy to operate gdl-2200 micro-processing controller. The two rows of LEDs on the left of the controller shows the position detected by the detector located at the edge of the passing rolled material. Generally, the third LED flickering indicates an optimal correction status. There are three rows of function keys on the right side; they are for users to realize combined operations so as to satisfy control requirements specific to applications.
